1. Services

  • Land Discovery: Professional search for unregistered land, with maps, boundaries, and a full report including next recommended steps. Refund guaranteed if no land is found within 7 working days.

  • Claim & Secure: Full-service support from verification to securing a Title Number. Includes free consultation, ownership verification, Land Registry application support, and guidance through the process.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required before delivery of reports or documentation.

  • Refunds: Only the Land Discovery refund guarantee applies.

  • Accepted methods: BACS or secure payment links.

3. Limitations

  • Identification of land or securing a Title Number does not guarantee ownership.

  • CTL is not a legal, financial, or property advice service.

  • Delays or outcomes from HM Land Registry or other authorities are outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and respond promptly to CTL requests.

  • Understand that CTL’s services are limited to research, verification, and application support.

5. Liability

  • CTL provides services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

  • CTL is not responsible for indirect or financial losses.

  • Force Majeure. CTL is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

7. Communication

  • By using our services, you consent to receive emails, texts or WhatsApp messages related to your service.
